Do you know a good band or singer? Ask them to do a benefit concert for you. You and your other friends provide all the extra setup help they need.

1. Take donations, sell tickets, or do both.
2. Find a location, start preparation and advertising a couple weeks ahead of time.
3. Sell refreshments during the show.
4. Sell tickets in advance and at the door. Set up a jar for donations.
5. Clean up after the concert and help the band tear down.
