  1. Ask your school about getting the concession stand for a tournament.
  2. Buy the food in bulk so that you are sure to make a profit. Some areas have non profit groups work events and give them money toward the group. In this case they provide the food.
  3. Get volunteers to work so that you have plenty of people to work in shifts.
  4. Set up the food and make a large menu so that everyone can see what is available.
  • Items needed:
    • Food
    • Grill or microwave if you plan on serving hot dogs, nachos, etc.
    • Refrigerator / freezer for candy bars, ice, and ice cream
    • A few rolls of coins and one dollar bills to make change
  • Time required: 1 hour shopping - 1 hour setting up - 5 hours running the stand
  • Amount you can expect to raise: $ 150 - $ 300
